  • Execute functional and regression testing to confirm releases meet quality standards.
  • Learn and progressively contribute to automated test scripts for stable, high-impact workflows, with guidance from the QA and engineering teams.
  • Validate data accuracy and integrity across workflows relevant to life sciences and supply chain.
  • Identify, document, and report defects clearly, with reliable steps to reproduce.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues and high-quality releases.
  • Help build and maintain test documentation, checklists, and knowledge repositories.
  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve our testing processes, coverage, and automation.

Requirements

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Aptitude and genuine enthusiasm for learning test automation and basic scripting/programming.
  • Ability to quickly learn and work with software platforms and digital tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity about technology and eagerness to bridge life sciences knowledge with SaaS solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to a test automation framework such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress—through coursework, internships, personal projects, or certifications.
  • Basic familiarity with any programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java).
  • Awareness of QA fundamentals such as test design techniques and the defect lifecycle.
  • Comfort with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, or basic exposure to SQL, for organizing and validating data.
  • Interest in, or basic exposure to, life sciences, supply chain, or regulated enterprise software.

What We Look For

  • A detail-oriented, curious mindset with a passion for quality.
  • A fast learner motivated to build a career in technology, QA, and test automation.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach and a sense of ownership.
  • Alignment with our values of integrity, learning, and excellence.
