Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.

We are seeking an experienced Integration Solutions Architect to lead our enterprise integration and middleware initiatives. This role will define and implement robust integration solutions and enterprise-wide architecture, driving innovative solutions to bridge business requirements with technical execution.
General Description Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of comprehensive, end-to-end integration solutions
- Develop technical architecture documentation: data flow diagrams, interface specs, and process designs.
- Define, evaluate, and recommend integration patterns and standards across the enterprise.
- Collaborate extensively with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Lead integration discipline, providing best practices, technical guidance, and code reviews.
- Facilitate design workshops and present technical solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Oversee technical delivery of integration interfaces, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with architectural standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, providing expert technical support and hands-on development for critical integrations.
- Manage system integrations with enterprise application systems; SaaS applications, SAP S/4HANA, and cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
- Coordinate with internal/external teams, including vendors and business SMEs, to ensure successful implementation and support.
- Stay abreast of current and emerging technologies, continually proposing improvements where needed.
- Proactively communicate technical challenges and progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or commensurate work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in middleware integration and enterprise interface architecture design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Deep expertise in SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Platform Integration, API Management, Open Connectors), SAP PI/PO or other platforms such as Mulesoft or Boomi.
- Experience with integration protocols: REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, AS2, EDI.
- Proven track record of architecting and implementing enterprise-level integration solutions, including cloud and hybrid integration scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred Experience
The ideal candidate can seamlessly transition between high-level architecture strategy and detailed technical implementation. You should demonstrate strong leadership in requirements gathering, team mentoring, and technical execution, with an ability to communicate effectively and deliver robust, enterprise-grade integration solutions.
Salary Range
$143,000-$179,000
