THE ROLE:

Partner with leadership and other members to manage the accounting activities.  This includes strategic analysis for key customers, contract review, internal/external audit engagement, SOX compliance, month-end close and financial reporting. 

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a result driven approach, high sense of teamwork, ability to handle multiple topics at once, excellent communication skills, positive outlook, and the ability to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consolidate / Coordinate monthly and quarterly close and activities with finance team. Own exit call evaluation and variance analysis
  • Lead long term planning initiatives tied to AoP, LRP, HC planning
  • Key Finance stakeholder for contract reviews to SVPs and CEO. Own strategic deal analysis to influence decision making
  • Develop slide presentations and present to exec-level audience on financial results
  • Create and implement business mechanisms that are scalable to help the team make data-driven decisions. Able to identify manual processes and work with cross-functional teams to develop a better solution
  • Build rhythm of the business processes that help business leaders understand progress to goals as well as strategic insights to guide overall direction
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis proactively

PERFERRED EXPEREINCE:

  • Strong Finance and/or accounting professional experience
  • Semiconductor, ODM, or high-tech industry experience with a focus on R&D and Supply Chain
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with international teams
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and improve existing processes
  • Excel with ambiguity and able to effectively connect the granular details to the exec level goals
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products( Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, SharePoint, Power BI)
  • Experience using AI tools tied to process automation or workflow enhancements

ACADEMIC CREDITIALS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline preferred
