This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role is an opportunity to shape how a broad product portfolio is understood, positioned, and brought to market. You will become a trusted voice of the customer, turning market feedback and competitive intelligence into clear product and business decisions. The position combines customer research, product positioning, pricing strategy, go-to-market leadership, and sales enablement. You will work closely with product, sales, marketing, leadership, customers, and technology partners to create compelling market narratives. A major focus will be translating complex capabilities, including AI, into practical value for business users in the real estate technology space. You will also lead customer advisory programs, launches, pilots, partner initiatives, and portfolio-level messaging. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic and hands-on product marketer who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning insights into measurable growth.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the customer advisory board end to end, including member recruitment, agenda development, facilitation, follow-up, and ongoing engagement.
  • Build and moderate customer product panels to validate early features and gather feedback before launch.
  • Own customer survey programs and clearly communicate how insights influence product, marketing, and business decisions.
  • Conduct customer and prospect interviews, including structured win/loss analysis, and consolidate findings into a unified voice-of-customer perspective.
  • Translate customer insights into clear recommendations about evolving needs, product priorities, positioning, and market opportunities.
  • Lead competitive research across the real estate technology landscape, maintaining actionable battlecards and competitive positioning for sales teams.
  • Monitor market developments, pricing changes, emerging competitors, and new entrants, and provide leadership with concise insights and recommendations.
  • Incorporate market and competitive intelligence into segmentation, positioning, launch, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop messaging architectures, buyer personas, portfolio narratives, and product-specific positioning grounded in customer and market evidence.
  • Create clear, compelling messaging that translates AI capabilities into practical business value for real estate professionals.
  • Drive product launches, market segmentation initiatives, and pilot programs designed to validate pricing and positioning before broader release.
  • Track launch performance across pipeline, adoption, and revenue, using results to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop B2B SaaS pricing and packaging recommendations that connect product value directly to customer needs and willingness to pay.
  • Create comprehensive sales enablement resources that equip revenue teams to communicate product value effectively.
  • Deliver webinars, presentations, and other high-impact communications to internal and external audiences.
  • Represent the organization at relevant industry events and contribute to analyst and public relations initiatives.
  • Manage content partners and maintain high standards for the quality, relevance, and consistency of delivered content.
  • Develop joint marketing narratives and campaigns with technology partners.
  • Mentor fellow product marketers and collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of product marketing experience, including ownership of an entire product line or portfolio.
  • Proven experience managing structured customer feedback programs such as advisory boards, customer panels, surveys, customer interviews, and win/loss analysis.
  • Strong facilitation skills and confidence engaging with senior customers, executives, and other high-level stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of residential real estate, proptech, or closely related industries.
  • Demonstrated success developing portfolio-level messaging, product positioning, and B2B SaaS pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Track record of leading complex product launches through influence, cross-functional alignment, and strong stakeholder management.
  • Daily proficiency with AI tools for research, analysis, content creation, and productivity.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into direct, compelling messaging.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect customer and market insights to business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate independently, establish structure, and make sound decisions in ambiguous and evolving environments.
  • Experience positioning AI-powered products for business users is a strong plus.
  • Background developing joint marketing programs and campaigns with technology partners is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with customer survey platforms and competitive intelligence tools is advantageous.
  • Experience managing distributed or offshore content teams is a plus.
  • Prior experience working within a real estate brokerage or franchise organization is beneficial.
