About the role:
We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to ensure financial accuracy and deliver strategic insights that shape business decisions.
You’ll join an innovative team, who drive insights to support month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range business planning.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Support FP&A by building budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide business decisions.
- Prepare and review financial reports, dashboards, and executive briefing packages, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and cost-benefit evaluations to support projects, risk assessments, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to track performance against budgets, analyze variances, and challenge assumptions.
- Maintain data integrity across financial systems (i.e. Workday, Adaptive Planning, Tableau) and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver clear, impactful presentations and financial insights for senior leadership.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including:
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated experience proactively driving task ownership and end-to-end follow-through while building collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on expertise with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and OfficeConnect for reporting and data integrity.
- Advanced skills in financial modelling, data analysis, and dashboard creation, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel with capability to build and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience working on large data sets.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently, demonstrating curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.
