Key job responsibilities * Design, develop, and operate secure connectivity solutions for a globally deployed fleet of endpoint devices, reason about network security, device trust, and blast-radius before writing code * Build and maintain systems that manage website/resource allowlisting, VPN connectivity, and network policy enforcement at scale * Treat operations as core engineering, own the systems you build end-to-end, participate in on-call rotations and incident response, and drive improvements that increase reliability and reduce toil * Partner with security, networking, and device teams to deliver defense-in-depth solutions that protect customer data across diverse network environments * Use AI coding assistants and GenAI tools effectively across the software development lifecycle from design through testing and operations, applying engineering judgment to validate output against Amazon's security and correctness bar * Write robust, efficient, and maintainable code * Continually challenge existing approaches and explore what should change to better serve associates and protect customers
