AI Native React Engineer

Context: Greenfield.

We are building a new customer-facing product for a large European automotive market — from scratch, first deployment already scoped. No existing codebase to work around. No architectural debt inherited from the past. Just a clean slate and a hard problem.

The architecture is API-first by design. Data lives in downstream systems — dealer management platforms, existing infrastructure, real operational databases. We connect to them, surface the right information in real time, let users act on it, and write changes back cleanly. No data warehouses, no unnecessary duplication.

Under the hood, this product talks directly to 10+ downstream systems — each with their own data models, auth patterns, and quirks. Making that feel seamless to the user is the engineering challenge at the core of this product.

That means GitHub Copilot in agent and workforce mode — not as autocomplete, but as a genuine co-builder. Agentic workflows, MCP-connected toolchains, autonomous code generation for repetitive patterns. We are actively experimenting with what it means to rethink software delivery from the ground up. This is not marketing language, we will push boundaries.

What awaits you

• This is a fluid, full-stack engineering role where responsibilities are driven by the product's needs rather than a fixed technology stack. Depending on the problem being solved, you may work across both frontend and backend components, contributing wherever you can deliver the most value.

• Build end-to-end features across the full stack, from Spring Boot API design to React components that users rely on every day

• Ship fast, get feedback, adapt. You build something tangible, put it in front of users, and iterate from there

• Contribute to shaping the architecture as the product evolves. Since we are still in the early stages, your ideas and technical judgment will be valued in defining better patterns and bringing them to life

• Push the boundaries of AI-assisted development. Copilot and Claude are not optional add-ons here, they are how we work. You'll be expected to find new ways to leverage them, not just use what's already set

• UX over complex real-time data: You turn messy, real-time data from many sources into an interface that feels effortless. Interaction, clarity and speed are where you do your sharpest work — and you still reach all the way into the backend.

What should you bring along

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience as a Full Stack Developer, with proficiency in React programming language

• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)

• Experience in integrating and consuming APIs using RESTful and SOAP protocols

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)

• Mandatory skills: MCP + Skills + Agents, VSCode + Github or similar IDE

• Nice to have: PostgreSQL or similar, Data Mapping , N8N, Mastra, LangChain, or similar agentic workflow frameworks
