Product Manager – Seeds
Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify farmer/customer needs, market trends, competitor offerings and new product opportunities.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation, development and launch to performance monitoring and phase-out.
• Work closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Field/Extension and Supply Chain teams for product development and execution.
• Develop pricing, positioning and product strategies to improve market share and profitability.
• Support Sales through product training, promotional campaigns, technical communication and product demonstrations.
• Monitor sales, market share, customer feedback, product adoption and profitability.
• Prepare product performance reports and recommend improvements to senior management.
• Manage product budgets and resources for development, marketing and distribution.
Candidate Requirements
• B.Sc. Agriculture / MABM; MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Agribusiness or Product Management preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in the Seeds industry.
• Strong experience in Seed Marketing, Product Development and Product Management.
• Good understanding of market research, product lifecycle, pricing, positioning and product profitability.
• Experience working with R&D and Sales teams.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Good communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and market research tools.
