QA Engineer

Role Overview

Ensures quality across the underwriting and AI platform through structured manual and automated testing.

Experience Profile

8–10 years of QA / test engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define test strategy, cases and coverage from requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Execute functional, integration, regression and API testing.
  • Build and maintain automated test suites (e.g. Selenium / Cypress / Playwright, REST API tests).
  • Validate AI / agent outputs and data flows where applicable.
  • Log, track and verify defects in JIRA and report quality metrics.

Required Skills

  • Manual and automation testing; API testing (Postman / REST).
  • Automation frameworks (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright).
  • Agile / JIRA workflow and basic SQL.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

  • Experience testing AI / LLM outputs.
  • Performance / load testing.
