Job Description

Built by Fragomen, the world’s largest immigration firm, WorkRight simplifies and accelerates I-9 verification for seamless remote onboarding. Designed for enterprise HR teams, it integrates with existing systems to provide real-time oversight, advanced reporting, analytics, and a full audit trail for peace of mind.

About the Role:

WorkRight is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our successful technical teams. Candidates should have previous IT experience and be interested in working on some development projects and contributing to a busy but thriving Product Team. This role will primarily focus on assisting the front-line completion team with escalated inquiries, enhancing tools for the service team to resolve issues, and working alongside Product Managers to define and align product enhancements.

This role will be open to off-site talent in the United States.

  • Managing within a ticket system, identifying trends, and developing tools to compensate.

Let’s talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, business, or related discipline preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Intermediate experience/proficiency in T-SQL
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve a steady stream of work
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
