This is a hands-on role where you don’t just manage projects: you build, test, and drive real adoption. Your role and impact
- Contribute to the design and delivery of game-changing digital / AI solutions for the future of ST/ST.
- Deliver impactful digital projects end-to-end (from idea to go-live and adoption)
- Turn business needs into concrete solutions (tools, workflows, apps)
- Design and deploy automations & AI use cases (n8n, LLMs, low-code tools, etc.)
- Experiment, prototype, and scale what works into production
- Act as a trusted partner for business teams and help them embrace new ways of working
- Own what you build: ensure it runs smoothly, is monitored, and keeps improving
About you
- 3-5 years in digital projects / business analysis / automation / AI
- Comfortable mixing business thinking + hands-on execution
- Curious and proactive: you like testing new tools and learning fast
- Able to translate ideas into real, usable solutions
- Not intimidated by APIs, middleware, workflows and other IT concepts
- Strong communicator, able to work across teams
- Strong alignment with ST/ST’s core values of Respect, Transparency, Entrepreneurship and Customer-Centricity
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is an asset in a multicultural, international environment
- Can cope with a sometimes-demanding environment (scale-up context)
