Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of LQA testers across multiple languages
  • Develop and implement LQA test plans, workflows, and best practices
  • Oversee linguistic, functional, and cosmetic testing of localized content
  • Ensure linguistic consistency, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding LQA processes
  • Allocate resources effectively and maintain project schedules
  • Track and report on LQA progress, issues, and resolutions
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new LQA team members
  • Proven experience in LQA, localization, or related fields, including leadership or coordination roles
  • Familiarity with LQA tools, TMS, and bug-tracking software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of linguistic nuances, cultural differences, and industry best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or related field preferred

  • Experience in game, software, or app localization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with automation tools for LQA is a plus
