Join our team as a Senior HR Data Analyst and help shape how HR data is governed, accessed, and used to make better business decisions. You’ll work with stakeholders across the organization to turn complex data into clear insights, build scalable reporting solutions, and support secure, compliant access to critical HR information.
What You’ll Do
- Guide HR data governance, access requests, and secure data view design.
- Create dashboards, reports, tools, and workflows that make data easier to understand and act on.
- Use HR and business data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and workforce insights.
- Apply analytics, statistical methods, predictive modeling, and BI tools to support recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
- Own legacy systems, including CENET and Webphone and support process improvement, change management, and access audits.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data governance, or a related field.
- Experience supporting data access controls, governance processes, and data security requirements.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases or data warehouse platforms such as Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- A collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Experience in process improvement, change management, or audit
