About the Role 10Pearls is looking for Staff/Senior Software Consultant - Angular to join our engineering team and contribute to long-term software development engagements. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on expertise in modern Angular, with experience building scalable front-end applications and working with RxJS, GraphQL, and Playwright automation.

Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality front-end applications using Angular.

• Work with modern versions of Angular (20+) and apply best practices for component-based development.
• Build reactive and efficient applications using RxJS and reactive programming patterns.
• Integrate front-end applications with GraphQL APIs and manage data efficiently.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components and solutions.
• Write and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Playwright.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, QA, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements• 6+ years strong professional experience in Angular development.

• Hands-on experience with Angular 20+ or recent versions of Angular.
• Strong understanding of RxJS and reactive programming.
• Experience working with GraphQL and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles, architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience building responsive, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to Have• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications.

• Experience with modern front-end architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Exposure to cloud-based development environments.
• Experience mentoring junior developers or contributing to technical leadership.
