Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and define high-impact AI use cases across banking and insurance operations
- Translate complex business problems, operational processes, and legacy rules into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and delivery documentation
- Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business workflows to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and collaborative design discussions between business stakeholders and technical squads
- Define clear user acceptance criteria and support UAT processes to validate that delivered solutions meet business needs and performance expectations
- Conduct gap analyses to ensure new AI capabilities align with existing workflows, systems, and customer-facing channels
- Act as a key interface between business and delivery teams, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, dependencies, and expected outcomes
- Support solution design by clarifying business logic, operational constraints, and process requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or requirements engineering
- Strong experience translating complex business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation
- Proven ability to map and analyze end-to-end workflows and identify process optimization or automation opportunities
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, requirement sessions, and cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams
- Strong understanding of UAT, business acceptance criteria, and solution validation practices
- Experience working on complex enterprise technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and legacy systems
- Familiarity with AI-enabled, data-driven, or automation-focused transformation initiatives is strongly preferred
- Prior engagement in insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated enterprise environments is strongly preferred
- Candidate must be located in an EU member country
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with Anti-Financial Crime, AML, KYC, fraud prevention, or related operational domains
