We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing and campaign-related initiatives in a client-facing environment. This role is responsible for managing project scope, timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, and delivery execution while ensuring high-quality outcomes. The Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports project planning and governance, manages project changes and budgets, and drives operational excellence across multiple workstreams, including marketing campaigns, data initiatives, and AI-related programs when applicable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery.
- Monitor project progress, track status, and provide clear reporting and communications to stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, remove delivery roadblocks, prioritize work, and support resource alignment across project activities.
- Manage change requests, assess schedule and budget impacts, and communicate approved changes to stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, delivery approaches, estimates, risk mitigation strategies, and execution frameworks to support project objectives.
- Oversee project quality, process adherence, documentation, and use of project tracking tools to ensure accurate execution and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving project risks and issues.
- Lead and mentor team members, support knowledge sharing, contribute to hiring activities, and leverage AI tools to improve project efficiency and execution workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Recommended 3+ years of experience in Project Management within client-facing environments.
- 1+ year of people management or team leadership experience.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 written and spoken).
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience with project planning, estimation, change management, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Experience working with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with multichannel marketing campaigns, including Email, SMS, and Push Notifications.
- Knowledge of or experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Campaign, Braze, Marketo, or similar solutions.
- Understanding of project budget tracking, cost estimation, and financial management concepts.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, including data initiatives or AI-related programs with phased delivery, acceptance criteria, and go-live support.
- Bachelor's degree, technical degree, advanced studies in Systems Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT 5, or similar.
- Experience managing project budgets.
- Master's degree in Project Management.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve project documentation, research, tracking, or delivery workflows.
- Additional academic specialization in Systems Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
