We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in property valuation and project appraisal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, preparing valuation and technical reports, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring due diligence in property-related approvals and funding.

Responsibilities

Property Valuation & Site Inspection: Conduct physical inspections of properties and project sites. Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with industry standards. Assess project feasibility and monitor construction progress at various stages. Project Appraisal & Monitoring: Appraise residential and commercial projects for funding and approval. Monitor the stage-wise progress of approved/funded projects. Ensure compliance with technical and financial benchmarks. Documentation & Reporting: Scrutinize property-related documents and prepare technical reports. Maintain accurate records of builder status and project data across zones. Review and update process notes periodically to reflect regulatory changes. Due Diligence & Risk Mitigation: Ensure thorough due diligence during project approval to prevent fraud. Identify and report discrepancies or risks in property documentation. Market Intelligence & Regulatory Updates: Collect and update market information on a regular basis. Track amendments and regulations affecting property and construction sectors.
