💼 About the Role
As a Mid-level Full-stack Engineer, you will develop production-grade applications across the frontend and backend using TypeScript. You will work closely with senior engineers, DevOps specialists, and company leadership while contributing to technical decisions in a greenfield product environment. The role offers substantial ownership, direct exposure to regulated financial systems, and a clear route towards senior-level engineering responsibilities.
🔍 Responsibilities
- Develop scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript across frontend and backend systems;
- Build responsive user interfaces with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS;
- Create reliable backend services and APIs using NestJS and PostgreSQL;
- Translate complex capital markets and transaction workflows into clear, maintainable software;
- Integrate APIs that connect blockchain infrastructure with traditional financial processes;
- Contribute to architecture decisions alongside senior engineers, DevOps specialists, and company leadership;
- Write clean, testable, and production-ready code that supports continued product growth;
- Work with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and deployment environments;
- Participate in Agile delivery, technical discussions, peer reviews, and continuous improvement;
- Maintain high standards for application security, reliability, scalability, and performance.
🎓 Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience;
- Strong commercial experience developing applications with TypeScript;
- Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and NestJS;
- A solid understanding of API design, backend services, and system integration;
- Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database;
- Confidence working with ownership in a product-focused engineering environment;
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly and effectively;
- EU work authorisation and availability to work on a hybrid basis in Vilnius.
Nice to Have
- Experience in FinTech, banking, payments, or capital markets;
- An understanding of blockchain, distributed ledger technology, or tokenisation;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud deployment workflows;
- Exposure to regulated, security-sensitive, or transaction-heavy systems.
