Min Experience: 6+ years
Location: Bangalore, Bengaluru JobType: full-time
- 7-9 years of experience in software quality engineering.
- Deep expertise in test automation - hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks using tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages for writing test scripts, utilities, and custom tooling.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and how to integrate automated testing seamlessly.
- Experience with API testing tools and frameworks.
- Proven ability to build quality processes from scratch in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - you can translate quality metrics into business impact.
- A product mindset - you care about the user experience, not just the test results.
