Full description

At Nelios, we build the digital front door for some of Greece’s most stunning hotels. As a certified "Great Place to Work" for three years running and a Google Premier Partner, we’ve carved out a space where innovation meets a genuinely supportive culture. We believe that when our people flourish, our clients do too. Right now, we are looking for a DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of our cloud and server infrastructure, ensuring that our environments are secure, reliable, scalable and well structured. The role will support a diverse portfolio of websites and applications built primarily with PHP (WordPress, Laravel), Node (Strapi, Next) and Python, while helping us evolve our infrastructure and DevOps practices as the company grows.

You will be responsible for Linux server administration, cloud infrastructure, deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, backups, security, DNS, SSL, performance optimization and incident troubleshooting. Beyond day-to-day operations, we are looking for someone who can introduce stronger standards, improve automation, create clear documentation and proactively recommend improvements across reliability, security, scalability and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Linux, cloud infrastructure, Nginx/Apache, databases, Git and deployment workflows, along with knowledge of AWS, Vercel, Digital Ocean and Coolify. Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Cloudflare, monitoring platforms, Terraform or Ansible will be considered a strong advantage. We are looking for someone who combines technical depth with ownership, autonomy and a continuous improvement mindset.
