Camgian is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with experience in Command and Control (C2) to lead solution strategy, customer engagement, and business growth across multi‑domain mission areas supported by Camgian’s Reactor software platform. This customer‑facing role within Camgian’s Growth Team partners closely with SMEs, technical staff, and product development to shape and deliver compelling and differentiated solutions to the warfighter. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Army, Joint, Space, and Department of War (DoW) C2 systems and architectures—including IBCS, FAADC2, JADC2, C2BMC, JFN, IBCS‑Maneuver, AEGIS CS, and Global Data Architectures (GDA). The position requires a strategic mindset, disciplined execution, and the ability to operate effectively across a rapidly evolving defense technology environment. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of professional experience (prior military or special operations experience preferred)
- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect (or comparable technical/strategic role) supporting Command and Control (C2) programs for the U.S. Army, Joint Force, Space, or DoD
- Experience supporting DoW R&D environments, including OTAs, prototype pathways, and traditional acquisition programs
- Deep technical knowledge of Army, Joint, Space, and DoD C2 systems, architectures, and standards (e.g., IBCS, FAADC2, JADC2, C2BMC, JFN, IBCS‑Maneuver, AEGIS CS, GDA)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and GovWin IQ
- Active U.S. SECRET Security Clearance (required)
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication, openness, and collaboration

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines in dynamic environments
- Familiarity with sensor‑to‑shooter kill chains, integrated air and missile defense (IAMD), and Joint All‑Domain Command and Control (JADC2) concepts
- Ability to translate complex C2 mission and system requirements into product and platform capabilities in partnership with SMEs, technical staff, and product development
- Comfortable operating as a customer‑facing representative of a technical growth organization, balancing strategic relationship‑building with deep technical credibility
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture aligned to mission requirements across Army, Joint, Space, and Department of War customers
- Own technical and strategic solution development for multi‑year, multimillion‑dollar pursuits
• Engage senior DoW, DoD, and government stakeholders to shape mission‑focused, value‑driven technology solutions
- Provide senior‑level customer support during engagements, demonstrations, and proposal activities
- Serve as the primary customer‑facing technical and strategic voice for Camgian’s solution strategy, engaging Army, Joint, Space, and partner customers throughout the capture and delivery lifecycle
• Serve as a technical and strategic bridge between Growth, Engineering, and Product organizations to ensure solution strategies are technically sound, deliverable, and aligned with customer mission needs
