This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de sistemas de automação - DevOps - Pleno based in Brazil.

The Automation Systems Analyst will help maintain, optimize, and evolve reliable IT environments across on-premises and cloud infrastructure. You will work across automation, containerization, orchestration, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD practices to improve operational efficiency. The role combines hands-on technical support with proactive problem-solving, performance optimization, and infrastructure standardization. You will manage technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform while supporting scalable and resilient deployments. Security, stability, documentation, and continuous improvement will be central to your day-to-day responsibilities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary development and technology teams to strengthen DevOps practices and automation strategies. Accountabilities

• Provide remote and/or on-site technical support to implement, maintain, and optimize IT environments and keep them operating effectively.

• Use configuration-management tools to maintain consistency, standardization, and reliability across infrastructure environments.

• Manage containerized environments and orchestration platforms, including Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies.

• Automate the provisioning, configuration, deployment, and scaling of servers, clusters, and other infrastructure resources across on-premises and cloud environments.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in production environments, identifying root causes and implementing measures to prevent recurring incidents.

• Implement security practices across infrastructure environments, including access controls, encryption, and adherence to information-security standards.

• Conduct performance and stability testing to validate improvements, identify bottlenecks, and support infrastructure optimization.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation covering automation pipelines, configurations, procedures, implementations, and infrastructure changes.

• Collaborate with development and other multidisciplinary teams to align automation strategies with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.

• Contribute to the adoption and continuous improvement of DevOps practices across technology teams.

• Support scalable and resilient application deployments and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

• Participate in Kubernetes-related migration activities, troubleshooting, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or a related field.

• Demonstrated professional experience in infrastructure, automation, systems administration, DevOps, or a related technical function.

• Experience collaborating with development teams to integrate DevOps practices, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Proven experience automating infrastructure using Ansible and/or Terraform.

• Hands-on experience deploying scalable and resilient systems using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience planning and executing application migrations to Kubernetes environments.

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve infrastructure and Kubernetes-related technical issues.

• Knowledge of configuration management, infrastructure automation, containerization, orchestration, and cloud or on-premises environments.

• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and their application within DevOps workflows.

• Ability to investigate production incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to troubleshooting.

• Ability to maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary technology teams.

• ITIL v4 training of at least 12 hours.

• Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher.

• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) certification.

• DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (LFS162) course or equivalent training.
