We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst (BSA) to support the implementation of significant changes to the FY27 Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into system configurations and ensuring the Varicent compensation platform is fully prepared to support the new incentive program before the start of the fiscal year.
Given the aggressive implementation timeline, the ideal candidate will have prior experience with Varicent, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver a successful deployment.
