About VoiceLineVoiceLine is an ambitious, VC-backed startup at the forefront of voice and AI technology. We’re building an AI Assistant Platform for field sales, enabling sales organizations to sell more, make the right decisions with powerful market analytics, and coach their team to excellence on scale. We work in the interface between voice input, AI, and complex CRM workflows, which poses real and interesting design challenges. The Role

Your Mission

As a senior member of VoiceLine’s design team, you will be a crucial part of our journey with a direct impact on our product, its direction, and our visual identity. This includes:

• Own your area end-to-end and fully autonomously, from understanding the real user problem, to delivering thoughtful UX and high-quality UI, to shipping and following up on adoption and improvements.
• Proactively look across the product, spot problems and opportunities, and drive solutions forward without waiting for a brief.
• Move fluidly between the big picture and pixel-perfect execution, spotting cross-product synergies and business impact at every level, from shaping product strategy down to shipping polished design.
• Actively seek out user, stakeholder, and data-driven feedback to continuously test and improve both new and existing features.
• Work with, expand, and help shape our design system.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to understand and design for the entire lifecycle of the user experience.

You will help set the bar for design as we continue to grow VoiceLine.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design, working across UX and UI with a user-centric focus.
• The highest class of craft comes naturally to you. Exceptional UX and UI, a strong visual eye, and deep attention to detail, especially in modern mobile and web applications.
• You are deeply user-centric and move fast without dropping quality.
• You are comfortable translating complex requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• You work confidently in Figma with all of its capabilities.
• You actively use AI in your design workflow and are excited about pushing it further.
• You fluently communicate and explain your design decisions, their reasoning, and their impact, bringing product, engineering, and leadership along with you. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• You operate fully autonomously and thrive in ambiguity, turning vague, open-ended problems into clear goals and driving them forward with little direction.
• You are collaborative and proactive, and motivated by solving real user problems.

It's a Plus if:

• You have experience from running a freelancing business or being part of early-stage startups
• You ship your designs to code with the help of AI
• You have German language skills in addition to being fluent in English
