What You'll Be Doing
Project Leadership
- Lead multiple infrastructure projects from contract award through fabrication, delivery, installation, and closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate communication between Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, Finance, and Installation teams
Risk & Project Controls
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks
- Manage scope changes, budgets, schedules, and contract requirements
- Resolve technical and commercial issues while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Prepare project status updates and executive reports
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve project execution, communication, and delivery processes
- Support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Contribute to the successful delivery of future infrastructure programs
What We're Looking For
Required
- 3–5+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience delivering projects within construction, structural steel, manufacturing, engineered products, infrastructure, or heavy industrial environments
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and change management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
- PMP certification or progress toward designation
- Experience reading technical drawings and engineering specifications
- ERP, CRM, or project management software experience
