OBDeleven is all about making car tech easy and accessible for everyone. For over 10 years, we’ve been building powerful yet simple diagnostic and customization tools for car enthusiasts worldwide.

As we continue to grow the OBDeleven ecosystem, we're looking for a Data Analyst who will help us turn data into insights, support better business decisions and uncover opportunities to improve our products and customer experience.

This is not a role focused only on reporting. You'll work with data across different areas of the business, partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering and other teams, and help turn complex questions and data into clear, actionable recommendations.

What you'll do

  • Analyse customer, product and business data to support better business and product decisions
  • Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports and ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions
  • Define, monitor and improve KPIs and maintain clear metric definitions
  • Analyse funnels, cohorts, retention, segmentation and trends to identify opportunities and investigate anomalies
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
  • Evaluate business initiatives, product features and experiments and help measure their impact
  • Validate data quality, identify gaps and work with engineers to improve data pipelines and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and other teams to understand their needs and deliver meaningful insights
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making.

We expect

  • 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, BI or a related field
  • Strong hands-on SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, subqueries and window functions
  • Experience analysing customer, business, operational or product data
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using a BI or data visualisation tool
  • Good understanding of analytical methods such as funnel, cohort, retention/churn, segmentation and trend analysis
  • Ability to turn business questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and collaborate effectively with different teams
  • Experience with Python, A/B testing, product analytics or cloud data platforms would be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and full professional proficiency in English.

Here’s what we offer:

  • Fair pay for bold work: We reward your expertise with competitive pay that grows as you do.
  • Hybrid Work Flexibility: Work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home or wherever suits you best.
