Java Architect Las Vegas NV Onsite 

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee end-to-end Java-based application architectures aligned with business goals

• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and architectural assessments

• Define best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns for development teams

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Evaluate and recommend frameworks, tools, and technologies to optimize system performance

• Mentor and guide senior and junior developers on architectural principles and Java best practices

• Oversee integration of microservices, APIs, and cloud-based infrastructure

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience with a strong architectural background

• Proven expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems

• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and related Java ecosystems

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
