Product Analyst

Description

The Product Analyst will support product delivery across assigned product areas, including order management and donor management with omni-channel capabilities. This role brings a product mindset by translating ambiguity into clear options, evaluating customer needs, operational feasibility, financial implications, current-state processes, and product or platform capability fit. The Product Analyst will partner with product managers, product owners, agile teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to support discovery, opportunity assessment, requirements and backlog readiness, fit-gap analysis, solution definition, launch readiness, adoption measurement, and ongoing optimization.

Experience with Salesforce ecosystems, particularly Revenue Cloud and Health Cloud, is highly preferred. The ability to create lightweight mockups, prototypes, or visual concepts to support solution alignment is also valuable. Performance expectations:

• Support assigned product areas from discovery through launch readiness by clarifying business needs, documenting scope, identifying dependencies, and ensuring requirements are ready for agile team execution.
• Evaluate customer needs, workflow impacts, Salesforce platform capabilities, operational feasibility, and business value to help product managers and product owners make informed recommendations.
• Create lightweight mockups, prototypes, visual concepts, or process views when needed to help stakeholders align on potential solutions and reduce ambiguity before development begins.
• Partner effectively with product managers, product owners, agile teams, business stakeholders, and technical partners while maintaining responsiveness, strong follow-through, and clear communication.
• Track work against agreed-upon milestones and provide timely visibility to risks, blockers, open decisions, and dependencies that could impact delivery.
• Deliver high-quality work that enables measurable progress during the contract period, including well-organized documentation, stakeholder alignment, and practical recommendations that support product delivery and adoption.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
