Job Description
- A Business Analyst acts as the key link between business objectives and information technology, ensuring that technical solutions align with organizational and operational needs.
- Elicits, analyzes, documents, and manages business requirements, translating stakeholder and customer needs into effective products, services, and system enhancements.
- Collaborates with stakeholders, project teams, and technical partners to define requirements, propose efficient solutions, and support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
- Contributes to successful project delivery by ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and addressed through practical and value-driven technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
- Understanding business processes, systems, and project lifecycles.
- Experience working with stakeholders, business teams, and IT teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Requirements analysis and process mapping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and manage priorities.
- Understanding system implementation, testing, and change management.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Visio.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Knowledge of data analysis
- Experience in digital transformation or process improvement projects.
- French level: B2
