The role will have a particular focus on digital onboarding, new internal colleague facing technology and TrinityBridge's strategic AI change agenda. This is a design first product role. The post holder will combine strong product management, design and delivery skills with practical experience of using AI and agentic capabilities to reimagine workflow. They will translate complex business needs into simple, safe and measurable experiences, take products from discovery through to adoption, and ensure value is realised in a regulated wealth management environment.

  • Apply design thinking throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions are desirable for users, viable for the business, technically feasible and appropriate within TrinityBridge's risk and regulatory environment.
  • Translate TrinityBridge's Digital and AI strategy into practical product initiatives, particularly across onboarding, colleague-facing technology and AI enabled workflow redesign.
  • Work across Digital, Technology, Operations, Advice, Bespoke Investment Management, Financial Planning, Risk & Compliance to redesign end to end journeys rather than digitising existing process steps in isolation.
  • Use an iterative, test & learn approach to validate value early, incorporating user feedback, operational evidence and control requirements before scaling.
  • Build clear product cases covering client and colleague outcomes, efficiency, cost, risk, adoption and strategic value; track benefits through delivery and into BAU.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, remove avoidable hand offs and use data, automation or AI appropriately to improve quality, speed and consistency.
  • Monitor relevant market, regulatory and technology developments and translate them into practical implications and opportunities for TrinityBridge.
  • Create or orchestrate new workflows using automation, generative AI and agentic capabilities where appropriate, including human oversight, escalation paths, auditability and performance controls.
  • Establish product analytics and feedback loops. Define KPIs covering experience, adoption, completion, quality, productivity, risk and value realisation, and use them to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners effectively, setting clear outcomes, challenging constructively and ensuring delivery quality, knowledge transfer and value for money.
  • Support technology selection and RFP activity where capability gaps are identified, grounding recommendations in validated user needs, target architecture and commercial evidence.

People and Organisation

  • Communicate product direction, trade-offs, progress, risks and decisions clearly to stakeholders up to and including Executive level.
  • Create enthusiasm and momentum around new digital and AI enabled capabilities while setting realistic expectations about adoption, controls, learning and value realisation.
  • Influence without relying on hierarchy, constructively challenge where needed and maintain clarity over ownership, decision rights and accountability.
  • Plan for adoption from the outset, working with business owners on communications, training, process change, readiness and transition into BAU.
  • Deliver experiences aligned to TrinityBridge's client commitment, helping clients and colleagues feel valued, confident, understood and able to do business with us easily.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, including the importance of good client outcomes, fair treatment, data protection, operational resilience and effective risk management.
  • For AI supported workflows, ensure appropriate governance for accuracy, bias, explainability, data use, third-party risk, model or service performance, monitoring and escalation.
  • Act in accordance with TrinityBridge's regulatory standards, compliance policies and conduct expectations, with a consistent focus on achieving good client outcomes.

  • Understanding of the controls required for responsible AI enabled change, including human-in-the-loop design, data protection, testing, monitoring, auditability and clear accountability.
  • Ability to convert ambiguous business problems into clear product outcomes, hypotheses, requirements, roadmaps, backlogs and measures of success.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience of assessing costs, benefits, trade-offs, supplier value and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical judgement and an ability to balance client experience, colleague experience, operational efficiency, technology constraints, risk and regulatory obligations.
