Responsible for playing a key role in scaling product excellence across the organization and partnering closely with product leaders, cross-functional teams, and senior executives to drive operational strategy, improve execution, and ensure alignment to company priorities.

Essential Functions

  • Partner with product leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives aligned with product and company goals.
  • Build and manage frameworks that improve product operating rhythms (e.g., planning, prioritization, performance tracking).
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that increase product development velocity, efficiency, and customer impact.
  • Synthesize business, product, and financial data to provide insights that guide product strategy and investment decisions.
  • Manage quarterly and annual planning processes, integrating finance, portfolio, and product roadmaps.
  • Act as a connective tissue across teams—ensuring clear communication, risk escalation, and delivery accountability.
  • Coach product teams on best practices in product operations, including OKRs, initiative tracking, and business case development.
  • Create executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate performance and progress.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience translating enterprise priorities into product strategies, portfolio roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success developing, tracking, and refining OKRs, KPIs, scorecards, and other performance measurement frameworks.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic communications for senior leadership audiences.
  • Background in management consulting or experience applying consulting methodologies to solve complex business and product challenges.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and collaborate across cross-functional teams within a large, complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Experience leveraging product operations, portfolio management, or business intelligence tools such as Airtable, Jira, Power BI, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to establish governance processes, drive alignment across teams, and operationalize strategic initiatives at scale.
  • Experience supporting digital product organizations through strategic planning, portfolio management, or operational excellence initiative

Location Details:

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum Experience

Five (5)+ years of experience in Product Operations or a similar role (e.g., Finance, Product Strategy, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff roles).

More advanced degree may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years’ experience.

Proven background supporting a senior executive or leadership team.

Strong financial acumen; experience working closely with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving structured solutions.

Track record of influencing without authority across cross-functional stakeholders.
