Job Description

The Immunology Forecasting Senior Analyst supports the U.S. Immunology business by developing and maintaining robust sales and demand forecasts, preparing high-quality analyses, and partnering with cross-functional teams to shape the Immunology performance story for senior leadership. This role collaborates closely with Demand Planning, Finance, Operations, and Investor Relations to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful forecasting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Play a key role in pulling together the Immunology story for senior leadership by collaborating with key stakeholders such as Demand Planning, Patient Services, APEX, and Immunology Controllers, and preparing the required financial and demand analysis.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with the Forecasting Center of Excellence, Immunology Controllers, and DHQ for data submissions related to month-end close, annual Plan, Latest Best Estimates (LBEs), and Long-Range Plan (LRP).
  • Support the Investor Relations team by preparing quarterly earnings deck schedules and analytical backup for Immunology products.
  • Partner with the Demand Planning team to prepare the weekly 852 sellout report and tracking files, providing clear views of performance versus benchmarks.
  • Act as a key liaison with Operations and support the Immunology ADS process to help ensure commercial and operations teams are aligned on required supply/ demand dynamics.
  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of standardized templates and schedules for all financial cycles, including Plan, LBE, and LRP.
  • Champion finance process improvement by supporting Immunology CDLF integration and building or maintaining Power BI dashboards, helping to modernize reporting and drive a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Own and deliver forecasts for Rinvoq and Skyrizi for MABI KPI trackers, providing SG&A teams with accurate units and sales data to support KPI tracking and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • A minimum of four years combined experience in analytics, forecasting, and/or financial planning and analysis is required.
  • Must have strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, along with good interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels of management.
  • Ability to triangulate a wide variety of data sets and analytics (e.g., market research, competitive events, prescriptions, epidemiology, patient flow, etc.) to inform forecasting and financial impacts
  • Agility to prioritize and quickly understand issues and assess data integrity is critical due to challenging deadlines.
  • High level proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP, BPC and PowerBi preferred
  • Ability to work independently and self-starter, supporting the business and forecasting leadership in variety of locations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and matrixed environment Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Previous pharmaceutical and forecasting experience is preferred
