We are looking for a Global Product Manager to make an impact! There will be opportunity to convert to permament role for suitable candidates.

About the Role (Mission)

This role is part of Schneider Electric Industrial Automation's Control and Signaling(C&S) team, responsible for the worldwide offer management and offer creation of offers such as push buttons, industrial relays, and tower lights.

What will you do?

  • Contribute to the development and execution of global product strategies by conducting market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Meet customers to understand paint points to feed into strategic marketing plan
  • Monitor business and design and drive tactical growth, driving regular benchmarks to assess customer perception
  • Define and manage marketing mix of the Offer (4Ps)
  • Support the creation of product roadmaps and lifecycle plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies and business cases to maximize market success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable effective product positioning and differentiation
  • Work closely with regional teams to ensure product-market fit and successful implementation.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in product management, channel marketing or pre-sales in B2B context, prefer relevance to industry power supply products
  • Experience in Industrial Automation field is preferred, well understand industrial market products, go-to-market and commercial actions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
