Job Title: Project Lead / Business Analyst Location: Onsite -  Richland, Washington Work authorization: US Citizen

Role Summary The Project Lead/Business Analyst provides overall technical, schedule, and quality leadership for each subcontract release. This role coordinates multi discipline engineering teams, manages design inputs and interfaces, ensures compliance with H2C procedures and ASME NQA 1, and serves as the primary point of contact with H2C Engineering Management and Design Authority.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate engineering efforts across multi discipline teams.
  • Develop work plans, project plans, and design verification plans.
  • Monitor scope, schedule, and budget with the H2C Engineering Manager.
  • Ensure design outputs meet H2C design requirements and criteria.
  • Oversee development of software lifecycle documents, test plans, and test cases.
  • Direct quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support Software Review Board and Plant Installed Change Control Board activities.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME NQA 1 Subpart 2.7 and applicable H2C procedures.
  • Serve as the primary technical interface and integration lead.

Education Qualification

  • B.A./B.S. degree in a technical field (required).

Professional Experience

  • Minimum five (5) years of related experience in Operations Technology in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience eliciting customer needs, developing project plans, coordinating multi discipline teams, and overseeing software development and testing.
  • Experience directing quality control activities in compliance with NQA 1 Subpart 2.7.

Other Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Subcontractor must maintain an office within 100 miles of Richland, WA.
