Accountabilities:
- Own product, solution, and platform positioning and messaging for the GRC portfolio, maintaining a consistent messaging framework that aligns sales, content, campaigns, and other commercial activities.
- Partner closely with Product Management to understand roadmap developments and translate product releases into differentiated, buyer-ready messaging tailored to diverse personas and use cases.
- Manage persona and segmentation frameworks across the portfolio to improve targeting, messaging relevance, and deal strategy.
- Lead the competitive intelligence program across the GRC landscape, using AI-powered monitoring where appropriate to inform strategy, strengthen battlecards, and help commercial teams confidently address competitive objections.
- Own the win/loss program and turn insights into improvements across positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy, while reporting meaningful trends back to the broader business.
- Partner with product marketing leadership to establish reporting that connects marketing activity with pipeline, win rates, and retention, using performance data to identify areas of opportunity and prioritize future efforts.
- Design and maintain AI-assisted agents and workflows that reduce manual work across competitive monitoring, launch production, reporting, and enablement content, while ensuring their ongoing accuracy and effectiveness.
- Execute go-to-market programs for new products and feature releases, coordinating positioning, messaging, launch activities, and cross-functional execution.
- Partner with Customer Marketing on cross-sell and upsell strategies designed to increase adoption and revenue across existing customer segments.

- Demonstrate hands-on ownership of a competitive intelligence and/or win/loss program, including experience building or significantly improving such a program.
- Have strong data fluency and the ability to define meaningful metrics and develop reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity with pipeline, win rate, retention, and broader business outcomes.
- Possess practical experience building AI-powered workflows or agents that automate marketing processes and eliminate manual work, rather than using AI solely for content drafting.
- Demonstrate strong product marketing fundamentals across positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, go-to-market execution, and sales enablement.
- Be highly proactive and self-directed, with the ability to identify opportunities, take ownership, and move initiatives forward without waiting for detailed direction.
- Have strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing, Analyst Relations, and other organizational teams.
- Communicate complex technology and business concepts clearly and effectively to both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- Be comfortable operating in a globally distributed environment and collaborating across the US, UK, and EMEA.
- Candidates who can align with Eastern Time Zone business hours are strongly preferred to support effective team collaboration and meeting overlap.
Benefits:
- Anticipated base salary of $110,000–$120,000 USD annually.
- Eligibility for an annual bonus as part of total compensation.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
- Open PTO, 11 paid holidays, and 4 annual paid global wellness days.
- Short-term disability, long-term disability, and group life insurance.
- Paid parental leave.
- Pet insurance and FSA/HSA options.
- Employee Assistance Program.
- 100% remote work anywhere in the United States.
