Full description
Why Join Cogniify?
- Own high-visibility engagements end to end, with direct exposure to Fortune 100 and global enterprise leadership.
- A rare career path that combines deep technical ownership with genuine business and executive impact.
- Work across diverse industries, technologies, and problem domains. No two engagements look the same, because no two solutions are the same.
- Be part of building the playbook for a new category of technical role, not just executing an existing one.
About the Role
We are seeking a Product Lead, Fraud & Claims to serve as the domain and product expert on a cross- functional initiative building agentic operational products. This role owns the translation of investigator expertise, fraud and claims operating procedures, and business objectives into a clear product vision and validated workflows. Rather than gathering requirements in the traditional sense, this person will develop proposed solutions from deep domain knowledge and industry best practice, then validate and refine them directly with business subject matter experts (SMEs).
What You will Do
- Lead with product design, not requirements gathering: develop product vision, workflows, and solution
designs from business objectives, investigator expertise, and operating procedures before engaging SMEs to validate and refine.
- Define the investigator experience and the human-in-the-loop model, ensuring appropriate human
oversight, explainability, and regulatory compliance are built into every workflow.
- Operationalize investigator expertise: transform tacit investigator knowledge and business intent into
scalable agent behaviors, decision-support capabilities, and reusable design patterns extendable across Fraud and Claims.
- Own the product vision and prioritized backlog from a business-value standpoint, working hands-on
with operations, engineering, and data science through implementation (not as a conceptual, hand-off exercise).
- Validate and refine solutions iteratively with business SMEs throughout design and delivery.
- Build internal capability by coaching and mentoring internal product teams to independently design and
deliver future agentic operational products.
What You will Bring
- Deep, hands-on expertise in fraud and/or claims operations, including investigator workflows, alerts
triage, and intake processes at a bank or financial institution.
- Proven experience leading product design efforts in a product-led (not requirements-led) model.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience validating solutions directly with business
SMEs and operations leaders.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in fraud and claims operations, including
explainability and audit requirements.
- Experience mentoring or building capability within a client or internal product organization.
- Exposure to agentic AI, intelligent automation, or AI-driven decision support is a strong plus.
