Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance landing pages, marketing pages, pricing pages and conversion-focused web experiences.
- Build and optimize paywalls, signup flows, onboarding flows and other conversion funnels across the marketing website and product.
- Implement and support A/B tests and experiments, working closely with Marketing, Product, Design and Analytics teams.
- Identify and improve conversion bottlenecks across landing pages and user journeys, translating business and analytics insights into technical solutions.
- Optimize web performance and Core Web Vitals, ensuring fast load times and a smooth experience across devices.
- Analyze user journeys and technical UX issues, proactively identifying opportunities to improve usability, engagement and conversion.
- Develop reusable frontend components and scalable solutions for marketing initiatives while maintaining code quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with designers to accurately implement responsive, conversion-focused interfaces from Figma.
- Integrate frontend experiences with analytics, tracking, experimentation and marketing tools.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation, automate repetitive tasks and improve development efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and continuously improve the frontend architecture and development processes.
Requirements (Must-have)
- 2+ years of professional frontend development experience, preferably at Middle level or above.
- Strong experience building landing pages, marketing websites and conversion-focused web experiences.
- Confident React and TypeScript knowledge.
- Practical experience with Next.js.
- Experience with a state management solution such as Zustand, Redux, Jotai or MobX.
- Experience working with asynchronous data and caching (React Query, SWR, RTK Query or similar).
- Confident CSS skills and experience with utility-first frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, or readiness to ramp up quickly.
- Understanding of CRO principles and the technical aspects of improving conversion funnels.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation and understanding how frontend implementation affects experiment reliability and results.
- Experience optimizing web performance: Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed, browser rendering and performance profiling.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
- Confident use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar.
- Git, PR-based workflow and code review experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to independently drive tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience working on SaaS, subscription or e-commerce products.
- Experience with analytics and experimentation platforms such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, VWO or similar.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO for marketing websites.
- Experience with CMS platforms and/or headless CMS.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Experience working closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, Analytics and Design teams.
