What you’ll do:
The Lead Quality Data Analyst is responsible for driving division-level quality performance excellence through advanced data analytics, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role serves as the focal point for quality intelligence, transforming data into actionable insights that enable proactive decision-making, accelerate quality improvements, and strengthen organizational quality maturity.
"1. Support and lead division-wide quality improvement programs. 2. Lead initiatives to assess and improve QMS maturity across the division. 3. Collaborate with factories and cross functional teams to identify priority improvement opportunities based on performance data. 4. Develop, deploy, and maintain a comprehensive division-level quality performance management systemm, monitoring key KPIs. 5. Drive regular quality performance reviews with leadership teams and provide executive-level dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making. 6. Identify emerging quality risks through trend analysis and predictive insights. 7. Lead advanced analytics initiatives to uncover systemic quality issues and improvement opportunities. 8. Drive digitalization of quality data management and reporting processes. 9. Facilitate structured problem-solving activities, measure and validate effectiveness of improvement actions.

Qualifications:

Experience in electronics, industrial, automotive, power management, or related manufacturing industries preferred. Experience working with global organizations and multiple manufacturing sites is highly desirable.
