Purpose:

An engineering project manager is responsible for team coordination, budget oversight, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and deadlines throughout project’s lifecycle.

Principle Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

-Plan and manage all aspects of engineering projects from conceptualization to completion.

-Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards.

-Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.

-Manager project resources and liaise with Management Staff.

-Track project performance and make necessary corrections.

-Prepare and present reports on project progress.

-Manage risks and resolve any project issues.

-Travel, when necessary, is required for all applicable job-related activities and internal company functions within G3 Industries.

Project Sectors:

-Hydraulic fluid conveyance – combi lines, ac lines, brake lines, tubing

-Brazing & Mechanical Joining

-Tube end forming (flaring, swaging, parflanging)

Education:

-Proven work experience as an Engineering Project Manager

-Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices

-Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

-Degree in Engineering or relevant field
