Business Analyst – Wealth & Asset Management

Location: London | Practice Area: Wealth & Asset Management | Type: Permanent

Enable wealth platform and operations transformation through structured analysis and technology-enabled change.

The Role We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Wealth & Asset Management domain experience to support wealth platform and operational uplift initiatives.

You will play a key role in translating business needs into structured requirements across platform integration and advisory or servicing transformation programmes. Working within Agile delivery environments, you will collaborate with stakeholders across front office, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless platform integration and operational enhancement.

What You’ll Do

Gather, document, and refine business and data requirements across wealth platform and operations transformation initiatives

Create and manage user stories and product backlogs, supporting sprint ceremonies within Agile environments

Map current and target operating models (TOM), including onboarding, suitability, and servicing journeys within Private Banking and Wealth Management

Define integration and data requirements to support platform interoperability and system change

Work alongside technology teams and platform providers (e.g. Avaloq, Temenos, Aladdin environments) to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management (priority) or Asset Management

Strong experience in Agile delivery, including backlog refinement and sprint collaboration

Experience in operations mapping and wealth lifecycle processes such as onboarding, suitability, and servicing

Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation and structured delivery artefacts

Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams

Bonus Points For

Exposure to wealth platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos, or Aladdin (configuration experience not required)

Experience supporting wealth platform integration or transformation programmes

Knowledge of FCA conduct requirements within wealth environments

Professional certifications such as BCS Business Analysis or CISI

Experience working across multi-entity or post-integration wealth environments
