JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution for PODS’ digital pricing experiences, helping transform how customers plan, book, and manage their moves. You will own a three-year product vision and translate it into annual roadmaps and actionable priorities that deliver meaningful improvements to the customer experience and drive business results.
Reporting to the Director of Product and UX, you will partner closely with a dedicated engineering team and collaborate across Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations, and Product to bring innovative digital experiences from concept to launch. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, balancing long-term strategic thinking with hands-on execution and day-to-day product delivery.
Success in this role requires strong analytical and mathematical expertise, sound business judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges. You will be expected to engage deeply in technical discussions, influence cross-functional partners, and use data and customer insights to shape product decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for PODS' pricing and quoting experience, from how prices are set to how they're presented to customers
- Partner with engineering and data science to build and evolve pricing systems — quote generation, competitive assessment, automated price-setting, and price elasticity testing
- Design and run pricing experiments (A/B tests) and translate learnings into the roadmap
- Partner with finance, revenue management, and marketing on pricing governance, margin targets, and promotional strategy
- Define and own success metrics such as quote-to-order conversion, average booking value, and margin

- Job is not directly responsible for direct report (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, or technology experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Comfort with SQL and data analysis
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in building customer-facing products utilizing a multi-year roadmap
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Demonstrated ability to deliver with complete independence in situations where product strategy is not yet defined
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Preferred Qualifications
- Quantitative Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (economics, math, engineering or statistics)
- Experience with pricing, monetization, or revenue optimization products
- Entrepreneurial and inventive spirit with a track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience in customer-facing products with a long engagement time horizon
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for up to 8 hours a day; Ability to use hands and fingers to type on a keyboard and use a mouse to navigate; Vision sufficient to view small details on a computer monitor
- Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day; ability to stoop, bend and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to hear and verbally communicate using a telephone handset and/or connected headset device
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Regular business hours. Occasional after hours on-call for production support (one week every four to eight weeks as a team rotation based on team staffing).
- Travel requirements: Negligible
- Climate-controlled office environment during normal business hours.
