We are looking for a Product Manager (Product Growth) 80-100% in Germany or Switzerland who wants to evolve our products in a client- and user-centric way. This role will focus on our core products, particularly on supporting the expansion of our FAIRTIQ app. You will be part of our product team, dedicated to innovating and promoting our product portfolio. Your Mission Drive sustainable user growth by making every step of the FAIRTIQ journey simple, intuitive, and rewarding. You will optimize the customer experience from first discovery to long-term loyalty, using data, experimentation, and customer insights to remove friction and increase engagement. Your focus is to grow FAIRTIQ's active user base while delivering lasting value for customers, transport partners, and the business.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the product strategy to drive sustainable user growth across the entire customer journey.
  • Increase user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral through data-driven product improvements and experimentation.
  • Define and own the growth roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact and business value.
  • Identify and remove friction in the onboarding and first-trip experience to help more users become active riders.
  • Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve key growth metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Design, Marketing and Customer Support to deliver impactful growth initiatives.
  • Use customer insights, behavioral data, and market research to uncover growth opportunities and validate hypotheses.
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics such as activation, retention, engagement, referral, and customer lifetime value.
  • Balance short-term growth opportunities with long-term user experience, scalability, and business sustainability.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous learning across cross-functional teams.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth Product Management, or a similar role in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.
  • A proven track record of driving user acquisition, activation, retention, or engagement through product-led initiatives.
  • Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and using experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn quantitative and qualitative insights into impactful product improvements.
  • Experience working with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4) and defining success through key growth metrics.
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities based on customer impact, business value, and engineering effort.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and B2B  and B2C teams.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for understanding user behavior and removing friction throughout the customer journey.
  • A proactive, outcome-oriented approach with a bias toward experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English; German and/or French are a plus.
