Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, consumer hardware or growth marketing.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product launches, lifecycle marketing initiatives or end-to-end go-to-market campaigns.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading business metrics (e.g., attachment rates, margins) and navigating ambiguity to launch products.
  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex problems and streamline business workflows.
  • Experience marketing consumer hardware, wearables, lifestyle electronics, or retail accessories.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights and market analysis into strategic marketing briefs and business models.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales, Design) and lead un-siloed teams.
  • Strong narrative-building and communication skills to present strategic plans to creative teams and leadership.

About the job:

In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Industrial Design, PR, GTM, Brand, Business Development, and Sales to shape the product development process and lead end-to-end global go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You will act as a trusted collaborative leader, leveraging deep user insights to influence cross-functional decision-making, optimize pricing and portfolio strategy, and ensure our product positioning resonates strongly to drive user personalization and business growth.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Define product positioning and messaging for the hardware and accessory portfolio. Partner with Product teams to integrate the user friendly features into development.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer data, and research to identify new opportunities (e.g., form factors, materials) and influence product and portfolio strategy.
  • Partner with Finance, PM, and Merchandising to optimize pricing, promotions, and portfolios to meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Coordinate alignments across Design, Engineering, Brand, Sales, and regional teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and product launches.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, user-centric global GTM plans for new Fitbit devices, accessories, features, and collaborations, ensuring alignment across channels.
