Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for enterprise applications and digital platforms. The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions by translating requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and other delivery artifacts that support successful implementation. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, along with a solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile delivery practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and document business and functional requirements
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
  • Create and maintain requirement artifacts including BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, Use Cases, Wireframes/Mockups, and Functional Specifications
  • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder discussions, and walkthrough sessions
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and support solution implementation
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and UAT support
  • Support testing activities by reviewing test cases, validating requirements coverage, and assisting in defect triage
  • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries and other analytical tools • Assist with production support activities including issue analysis, root cause identification, and requirement clarification
  • Ensure requirements are traceable, complete, and aligned with business objectives
  • Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and requirement changes effectively with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile/Scrum
  • Experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
  • Hands-on experience creating Process Flows, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Wireframes, and User Stories
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
  • Good understanding of APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations
  • Experience writing SQL queries for data validation and analysis
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, MS Visio, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on enterprise web applications or customer-facing platforms
  • Experience in Finance, Billing, Payments, ERP, or SAP-related projects
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and integrations
  • Experience working in distributed/global teams
  • Knowledge of UAT coordination and release support activities
