We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Investment Funds and Managed Solutions Product Manager.

As Investment Funds and Managed Solutions Product Manager, you’ll own the development and ongoing management of HSBC’s Retail Wealth Investment Funds and Managed Solutions proposition. Your focus is ensuring the product suite continues to meet evolving customer needs, regulatory requirements and commercial objectives. You’ll shape the future proposition while strengthening innovation and adoption across the platform. Working closely with Distribution, Platforms and Risk you’ll help deliver effective customer solutions with strong governance and controls embedded throughout. Success in this role means improved product performance, sustainable adoption and consistently positive customer outcomes.

In this role you’ll:

• Own and develop the Retail Wealth Investment Funds and Managed Solutions proposition

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of mutual funds, model portfolios, managed portfolios, guided investing and insurance solutions

• Shape the future proposition including emerging capabilities such as tokenised investment funds

• Identify customer, market and commercial opportunities and translate these into product enhancements

• Partner across Distribution, Platforms and Risk to deliver effective customer solutions

• Improve product adoption and commercial performance while maintaining consistently positive customer outcomes

• Embed product governance, controls and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Relevant level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII, CISI, LIBF)

• Bring strong financial services experience with Investment and Wealth product knowledge

• Apply detailed technical skills to break down complex situations and communicate insights to non-technical specialists

• Provide proven experience managing and coaching a team of business partners in a changing commercial environment

• Use strong interpersonal skills to influence and build productive relationships with senior management and colleagues in a complex matrix environment

• Make prioritisation decisions by balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements and commercial objectives

• Operate effectively in an agile environment
