Master Works is seeking an experienced Network & Security Senior Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and secure enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure.
Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers, and network security solutions.
Monitor network performance, availability, and security events.
Troubleshoot complex network and security issues.
Implement network segmentation, access controls, and security best practices.
Support network security assessments and vulnerability remediation.
Manage network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain network and security documentation.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams.
Ensure compliance with relevant security policies and standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in network and security engineering.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and network security.
Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools.
Knowledge of cloud networking and security is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent are preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
