As Supply Chain Manager & Project Lead, ASEANI, you belong to the APAC Global Operations team and will support ASEANI's supply chain operation. 

About You

This is a dual-role position that combines operational supply chain leadership with a relentless focus on continuous improvement

You are a strategic business partner to the ASEANI team, aligning supply chain capabilities with regional business objectives, enabling growth, and ensuring operational resilience.

In parallel, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives with a sharp focus on driving cost savings and process improvement across the supply chain function, embedding a culture of efficiency, waste reduction, and data-driven decision-making. This role is for a leader who thrives on solving complex operational challenges, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering tangible financial and performance outcomes

This role reports to the Supply Chain Director, APAC based in Singapore and you will also manage a small team based in Thailand & Indonesia.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Supply Chain Leadership – ASEANI Region

  • Own the end-to-end supply strategy for the sub-region, balancing cost, service, and risk to ensure secure, resilient, and responsive supply flows.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and go-to person for resolving operational issues across the ASEANI region, from logistics disruptions and inventory gaps to customs bottlenecks and supplier challenges.
  • Act as the key supply chain interface with the broader ASEANI team, collaborating on demand planning, new product introductions, and regional requirements to turn supply chain capabilities into business enablers.
  • Drive warehouse and distribution excellence through effective 3PL oversight, ensuring order accuracy, on-time delivery, and strict adherence to HSEQ standards.
  • Optimize inventory health by driving actions to identify, reduce, and eliminate excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory, improving working capital efficiency.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with Indonesian customs, trade, and local content requirements, minimizing exposure and enabling frictionless cross-border operations.
  • Control logistics costs (freight, warehousing) while identifying and executing savings initiatives that do not compromise service levels or quality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations, and Regional teams) to ensure supply chain strategies are integrated with broader business planning and execution.
  • Team Leadership & Development Mentor and coach team members through day-to-day guidance, constructive feedback, and structured career conversations, building both technical depth and leadership readiness.

 

2. Continuous Improvement & Cost Savings Leadership - APAC

  • Lead cross-functional CI projects across the supply chain function, applying Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodologies to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waste, and enhance operational velocity.
  • Drive measurable cost savings by identifying and implementing efficiency improvements in logistics, warehousing and inventory management related supply activities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on recurring disruptions and implement sustainable corrective actions that build long-term operational resilience and reduce avoidable costs.
  • Develop and track performance KPIs that measure CI project impact, with a specific focus on cost reduction, productivity gains, and service level improvements.
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for global CI initiatives, cascading best practices and ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
  • Partner with IT and digital teams to embed technology solutions (ERP, automation, data analytics, Power BI, AI) into process improvements, enabling real-time visibility and smarter decision-making.
  • Maintain and continuously refine SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation to support scalability and knowledge retention.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions that foster a CI mindset, empowering team members to contribute to operational excellence and cost-consciousness

Safety

  • Perform, Maintain and improve the EHS standard and requirements as set by the Company.  Participate in the company’s EHS program including training, audit etc., arranged by the company.

Location

This role is based at our APAC head office in Biopolis, Singapore.

 

What You’ll have

  • Minimum Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering from a reputable university
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience whin the supply chain function (Order Management, Planning, Logistics/warehousing etc), especially with manufacturing facilities located in Europe & USA.
  • Experience in managing M&A process improvement related projects 
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and the ability to plan and organize strategic initiatives. 
  • Excellent communication skills including advanced English writing, speaking and comprehension.  
  • Strong stakeholders and relationship management

 

  • Good MS Office skills, Word, Excel, PPT 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, tenacity to perform in ambiguity situation 
  • Agile and quick thinker with a problem solver mindset 
  • Able to commence work within short notice is a big Plus

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain fundamentals (demand planning, warehousing, distribution, inventory management).
  • Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable cost savings through continuous improvement projects.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g.SAP) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, AI).
  • Familiarity with Indonesian customs, trade regulations, and logistics infrastructure.
