[What the role is]

The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day product management of the Learning & Skills portfolio by translating product strategy into actionable roadmaps, backlog priorities and delivery outcomes.

[What you will be working on]

  • Translate product strategy into roadmap and release plans.
  • Own and manage the overall product backlog.
  • Drive alignment across domains and stakeholders.
  • Refine requirements and ensure readiness for delivery.
  • Provide clarity on requirements and priorities to vendor teams.
  • Manage cross-domain dependencies and trade-offs.
  • Monitor product performance and stakeholder feedback.
  • Support governance and reporting processes.

[What we are looking for]

  • Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Education, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, enterprise application delivery or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and prioritisation skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or iterative product delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in Continuing Education and Training (CET), lifelong learning, education technology or related domains will be an advantage.
