- Designs, tests, and iterates prompts and agent instructions; evaluates model output for accuracy, relevance, tone, bias, and hallucination, and defines the human-in-the-loop checkpoints each use case requires.
- Defines and executes evaluation plans for AI solutions, including accuracy benchmarks, golden data sets, edge cases, and regression testing before and after release.
- Assesses data readiness for each use case and documents source systems, data quality gaps, and lineage in partnership with data engineering and governance teams.
- Partners with Legal, Privacy, Information Security, and Risk to ensure solutions meet Responsible AI, data governance, and compliance standards.
- Collaborates with the Business Product Owner and IT partners to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria for projects.
- Facilitates discovery workshops, solution demos, structured walk-throughs, and technical reviews with business and technical stakeholders.
- Supports adoption and change management by producing process documentation, standard operating procedures, training material, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitors deployed AI and automation solutions, triages issues, tunes performance, and identifies enhancement opportunities based on usage and outcome data.
- Participates with other IT members, customers, and other stakeholders in new product reviews, tests, and pilots, including evaluation of emerging AI vendors and tools.
- Actively participates in all Agile team ceremonies.
