Position Details
We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our Plano, Texas-based Data Science team.
The Business Analyst will support company-wide dashboarding, reporting, and data development across Operations, HR, Compliance, and other business areas.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Automation and Analytics, this is a hands-on role focused on developing Power BI dashboards, building reliable data pipelines, and improving the quality and availability of reporting data.
The Analyst will work with business teams to understand reporting needs and create practical solutions that support better decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, analytics, or data-related roles.
Working knowledge of:
- Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX
- SQL, ETL processes, and data transformation
- Excel, Power Query, pivot tables, and VBA
- Experience using reporting and data tools to solve operational problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
- Experience preparing and integrating data from multiple systems.
- Experience building ETL pipelines and automated reporting processes.
- Experience with SQL Server, FileMaker, or similar data systems.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
